Cardio Kickboxing

This is not contact kickboxing where you're sparring an opponent. Each class is a high-energy workout combining warm-up, a cardiovascular workout with combinations of punches and kicks and then an exhilarating heavy bag workout where you can pound out all of your frustrations!

A variety of music, techniques and special themes keeps each class unique. Burning as much as 900 calories an hour this is a serious workout. But because you go at your own pace it is a great way for novices to start their journey to fitness.

This class is enjoyed by men and women, athletes and weekend warriors, team enthusiasts and individualists. If you're looking for 45 minutes of fun, sweaty, high-energy camaraderie then this is the program for you.
