About Us

Meet Team Kimlings

Master Michael Kimling is the Director and Chief Instructor for Kimling’s Academy of Martial Arts and has a 4th Degree Black Belt in the World Tae Kwon Do Federation, as well as a 4th Degree Black Belt in the Jhoon Rhee System of Korean Tae Kwon Do.  Recieving his first degree Black Belt in 1989 he now holds the rank of 6th Degree.  Mr. Kimling was the former National Champion in Puerto Rico in forms and fighting. He also has many awards both National and International. Mr. Kimling also performed in the Martial Arts movie, “Only The Strong” which was released in 1993. On May 29, 2004, Master Kimling was inducted into the Martial Arts “Hall of Fame” and presented with the award for “Master of the Year in Tae Kwon Do”

Christina Kimling is the Program Director, Tae Kwon Do & Kickboxing instructor for Kimling’s Academy. She has a second degree black belt in the Jhoon Rhee system of Tae Kwon Do, and now holds the rank of Fourth Degree. Christina also personally trains and supervises the schools Cardio Kickboxing instructors.
