Boxing Fitness emphasizes fitness first and boxing second. It uses professional boxing techniques to get yourself in fighting shape and learn how to defend yourself. Workouts are always different, which keeps it exciting. Our students learn how to fight without the actual fight!
Boxing Fitness is all about moving from the beginning of a round to the end of the round. In boxing, you move from the starting bell until the ending bell. There are no time-outs during a round. One of the great things about the Boxing Fitness workout is there is continual movement.
A Comprehensive Experience
Most Boxing Fitness rounds are two minutes, with a 45 second rest. More advanced students can work up to 3 minute rounds with a slightly longer rest period. In between rounds, you will focus on your breathing while your heart rate decreases. Each round you will introduce new things to your routine making it a full body workout. There simply is no limit to the variety you can introduce to your training. You will learn defensive and offensive moves along with shadow boxing, punches, ducking, footwork combinations and so much more.
